The Rise of the Phoenix is the first fund development event of Inspired Incorporated. All funding will be used to expand program services in the greater East St Louis metropolitan
area. Inspired Incorporated focus areas are substance abuse treatment, prevention and interventions coupled with family support and wraparound services.
